Physio at Kentish Town (GP Clinic)
Physiotherapy is about helping people to achieve their maximum potential through movement and function.
This will mean different things to each of us – be it training for the London marathon or triathlon, enabling us to train hard in the gym or to be able to get through the week at work in the office without pain.
We have vast experience treating a very broad range of conditions. We are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and will work closely with you through the entire rehabilitation process to ensure they are met.
- 1. Back, neck and spinal pain
- Whiplash injuries
- Headaches
- Discogenic lesions ‘Slipped disc’
- Muscular back pain
- Posture related back and neck problems
- Chronic pain
Experience teaches us that no two back pain sufferers are the same. There are common and often predictable patterns but overall presentation will always be unique. Thorough analysis is key making communication between therapist and patient vital.
All our therapists are highly skilled taking precise history and analysing movement dysfunctions to form accurate diagnosis to facilitate optimal treatment and management strategies.
We work closely with 'The Pain Clinic' at 9 Harley Street, who offer a comprehensive individually tailored pain management service. The clinic is run by Drs Serge Nikolic and Jayne Gallagher who are both consultants in pain medicine and anaesthesia and have a wealth of experience in managing acute and chronic pain. They perform many different procedures to reduce pain including epidural and facet joint injections.
- 2. Sports injuries
- Tendon sprains and strains e.g. Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, tennis elbow and ligament sprains
- Acute muscular injuries/tears
- Chronic overuse injuries – biomechanical problems
If you have painful joints or muscles, we can help. We have a proven record in the treatment of running related injuries e.g Achilles tendon problems, muscle tears and knee pain. We are also experts in sports massage and biomechanical analysis, to ensure that your running technique is not going to slow you down or cause you injury. It is our aim to help you to reach your goals and achieve your running potential.

- ACL reconstruction
- Arthroscopy
- Shoulder decompression or rotator cuff repair
- 4. Post fracture rehabilitation
