Pilates at Hornsey
BACK PAIN? POOR POSTURE?
Pilates is a mind body exercise program, focusing on improving strength, flexibility and coordination.
Recent research has identified that pain commonly results in altered patterns of movement and muscle activity. This leaves the body vulnerable to setting up a vicious cycle of pain.
The identification and correction of these patterns is an essential part of reducing pain and improving the long term health of your spine.
At Complete Physio we are skilled in designing specific tailored exercise programs which can relieve pain and enhance function.
