Sarah Kneller sarah@complete-physio.co.uk Chartered Physiotherapist, HPC & CSP Member Sarah qualified as a Physiotherapist from Sheffield Hallam University in 2001. After graduating, she worked in the NHS for six years in north and east London and quickly specialised in musculoskeletal complaints and conditions. From this early stage Sarah was keen to develop her love of sporting injuries and worked every weekend with her local rugby team. Sarah has worked in the private sector in the city for the last three years and has become very experienced in treating the spinal problems that today’s sedentary lifestyle often creates. Sarah has been an accredited member of the Acupuncture Society for the last seven years and uses this as a successful accompaniment to her conventional physiotherapy skills. Another string to Sarah’s bow is that she is a fully qualified Pilates instructor and regularly teaches both mat and equipment based Pilates. " I think the key to successful physiotherapy is to address the root causes of a person’s problem. Treating the symptoms is the easy part, stopping the pain or injury reoccurring is the sign of ‘Gold standard’ physiotherapy ". |
